Founding attorney Charles D. Hankey has practiced law in Indiana since 1973. Mr. Hankey represents people with injuries and disabilities in areas of the law such as Social Security Disability, Worker's Compensation, Personal Injury, and V.A. Disability. Serving clients in Indianapolis and throughout Indiana, Mr. Hankey works to make sure people get the representation they deserve by people who care about representing them.
Mr. Hankey received his J.D. from Indiana University in 1973, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wabash College. Mr. Hankey is admitted to the Indiana Bar and the Bar for the U.S. District Court Southern District of Indiana. He is highly involved with the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) and has been a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) for over 20 years. He has been recognized as a Diplomate by the National College of Advocacy.
